and what co? I wonder how the status of legal issues, possible name change etc. will affect this... I would think something needs to be filed regardless.
What exactly is JC trying to save here? seems to be risking a lot legally and professionally... if we have all the assets, does this include all current and in production shows? wouldn't he then just own the name?
