WFAM announced it was acquiring control of Southern California's leading Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) event promoter, RCOne, Inc. The brand is Respect in the Cage and has been promoting MMA fights for over 4 years. There are over 34 million websites that refer back to RespectintheCage.com..All cash transaction....Very nice share structure..7.8 million float...and they are already on TV....and there are some more strong positive things developing that needs confirmal...
