Correct it is still the PNCH fan page but the URL has been changed to reflect the newly found start up website. Thus leading us to think, without answers, that it soon too will be changed to the fan page of the new URL.
That is why Facebook allows you to change the URL, once you reach a # of likes, to reflect what the page is going to be about. Hence me bringing it up. Yes, as of now it is still the PNCH fan page but with the URL change, I can only assume the page itself will change as well soon enough.
The second link is what the URL used to be, which is no longer found because it was changed to the new /VUTelevision
