I don't think being a paid completion hand require guts. My biggest holding is in Tranocean dating back to Bill Clements and SEDCO. I am staying with it as I am still profitable. I have many drilling expierences, in many different areas, and currently am heading an all male regional drilling operation. These men are all graduate engineers
