They just want money up frount to grease the drill.  Do not worrie it is just a neg. tactic.  The other option is a big oil company is trying to take the lease from us and is comming through the back door.  Because there are really large amounts of  oil there.  Maybe they flew over with one of those planes which can see what is in the ground.
