I highly suggest a site visit

Good evening gentlemen. I've had this trip planned for a while and it was fortunately coincidental with some key operational benchmarks. You all know my focus has been on trading, and more recently on other business activities, but it was about time to take a trip out to the Mitchell leases.

I had an opportunity to speak with the geologist, the tool pusher, the land owner, Chad, and obviously Bull. I have to give a quick shout out to Bull who is doing an excellent job of being an active investor and being on site to keep us informed. I don't want to get into the details of my conversation with the personnel so as not to cause confusion or get myself into conversations beyond my depth, but based on what I saw I am satisfied that the infrastructure and personnel in place are competent and have the shareholders best interest in mind. Furthermore, from what I saw and was told on site I am confident in Treaty's judgement on these leases.

Now we all know that at the end of the day it's all about the production. But, if you want to get better granularity on the situation, book a flight to DFW and road trip it out to Abeline and see the progress for yourself.
