I assume those were the payments to keep things running from PNCH to JCs company which has no assets. We purchased the assets but we still have to pay them for running the assets. We paid our dues, I think JC took the money, IMO, and realized there wasn't enough left to payout employees. Thus him trying to take over PNCH completely so he can save some face.
We purchased the assets and didn't want the liability so we pay them to keep the assets rolling. Which I am sure is all in contractual form.
IMO JC had this planned the whole time, he wanted his company to grow saw an opportunity and thought it would all work out smoothly and he would take over everything. It would have worked out well if JC would have lived up to his raising of 3 million$$$. In which none of us would have cared because the PPS would be a lot better and most of us would have had faith in him running the company if he had indeed raised and made the money for him to receive his bonuses.
The people that didn't get paid though has nothing to do with SS. It has to do with JC stringing people along to work for him for free. We clearly show that we only have 2 full time employees and 2 part time in which we pay them. Although now I think that is all about to change and SS is going to pick up the people that are actually doing the work to keep the assets up and running, if that happens I am sure SS will pay them. Unlike JC who kept making promises of payments and never made them to his employees. Once again though that has nothing to do with us and PNCH. They are not our employees. I feel bad for them but that shouldn't reflect your thoughts on PNCH, IMO. That should reflect your faith in us getting rid of JC.
