I agree it is very frustrating but he is probably on a gag order on the main concerns from his lawyers.
To get answers you must first ask the correct questions. The answer I gave you though is one of truth. What would a PR do in this case? I am just curious because as of right now the only people that know about all this BS going down are hardcore followers of the company. JC never PR'd anything, he only made a sec complaint in the form of a contract dispute which they will tell him, if they haven't already, to take it to court. They don't govern contractual disputes. Pretty plain and simple.
I am just curious as to why you would want a PR till everything is settled legally. Or what exactly you would expect a PR to state at the moment? I do agree things need to be addressed but you can only do that when you settle disputes. As long as everything still is rolling I could careless about lack of PR's, let the Q's tell me where this is going.
