In response to Thomas Ichim,
Hello Thom,
Thank you for your prompt reply!
I'm unsure as to when is best to call, but if we can save each other the difficulty of time zones
Most of my information regarding the company has been accumulated through the internet (various FDA websites, PR events, bioregen pharma website, etc etc.
The share price of BMSN fell quite heavily amid dilution since the start of april, bringing the share structure to A/S 2 Billion, O/S 1.7 Billion from 1.2 Billion (I believe). This has many shareholders in a panic, and have claims such as that HemaXellerate was a failure, and BMSN stock is being used as personal financing for David Koos. (I know many of these claims are absurd, but I still would like to have a comprehensive cover)
(also- share price has plumetted from 1.6c/share to .03c/share. Is this money being used to fund clinical trials, or David Koos pockets?)
Also, there are claims that the company is going bankrupt. Is there any legitimacy to this claim?
Many people are claiming the IND # for HemaXellerate to be fraudulent due to lacking a digit. Many in the online community would be happy to have an updated number that is appropriate to the drug (unless I have been mislead- and only with your permission to do so). The number is 15376. That is the IND # for the proposed phase I/II clinical trials, however when I scan through patents as well as the FDA site- I do not see any indication aside from BMSN being mentioned once on the FDA site, that there is any interaction between the two agencies.
Are the trials being conducted under another alias?
Is HemaXellerate on clinical hold until such a time as information has been amended to FDA satisfaction?
Is it a informational amendment to the clinical procedure, or a procedural amendment?
Any links in which you could provide showing the interaction between the FDA and BMSN would be beyond my expectations and incredibly welcomed.
Also, any documents or scans detailing what is happening.... There is a heavy lack of transparency with the company since summer 2012.
What stage is the production of HemaXellerate at currently? What is being done? What is the next step?
Any additional information is welcome.
Thank you very much, have a great weekend and enjoy the summer weather.
Now I am awaiting his response.
