Good point. After the sale, it was up to JC to get his people the compensation they were owed. Ironic that hes bitching and moaning about HIS pay when the people that got him there were being stiffed by him the whole time. WWJ say to that??
It would not have been a tremendous concern of the buying entity if the liabilities were not purchased, IMO.
