Not much. The writers reference to the 200mg/kg every other day mouse dose translating into a 700mg/kg human dose is a wild guess. In reality - the author doesn't know the half-life of the med in the mice, the %age taken up in tissue vs plasma, rates and routes of excretion - how the hell can he know if there was any metabolite accumulation or maintenance of steady state given the info we've seen in the posters. He's giving a nicely worded absolute guess as he does not have any of the info necessary to equate the efficacious dose for the mice to the weekly dose in a human. People just throw out bullshit - sounding so damn sure of themselves - what is their goal? Just to take advantage of others who don't know a certain area of science?
