Are you not a shareholder?  Is this good for shareholders?  I mean really good for shareholders -- not JC's 'good for shareholders'!  What is your point?  What is your goal? Whose side are you on? Why does posting this information make sense?

These are questions everyone should ask him/herself prior to posting things that are not fully understood and/or could cause more issues for the stock.
