With all the international attention GOSY is receiving th JV could be coming from a number of countries. They have demonstrated their robot in Japan a lot lately, so it may be from there. But then the PR mentions the "mediterranean" so who knows. The important thing is that GeckoSystems is in serious JV discussions.
