William is an honest sounding man when one talks to him, but that is the trademark of a confidence man. Con men can get one to sell their soul if they are really good at it, and if nothing is obvious to suggest they are lying, they get away with it. For me, it was the M&A Advisors lawsuit (Joe Overcash group) that tipped me off. William did not need to lie to me at all, and I would have continued to trust him if he had only told me he made a mistake. Instead, he just outright lied to my face and thought nothing of it. And is defense for his actions was a complete joke that even the judge laughed at. Remember, the papers were sent to one of William's attorneys, but they were not sent to the attorney he wanted them sent too, so he just ignored them. What kind of fool would even try such a defense?
