Agreed! All I can say is any BPD over the whopping 12 BPD we've been able to prove over many years as TECO investors can only improve the PPS.  How does a stock hit .13 on unproven BPD or hold the .03-.05 levels on a proven 10-12 BPD?  I assume those higher levels were temporarily sustained over market anticipation of better things to come.  Now we are actually drilling with much more drilling in the pipeline (no pun).   Anything over 20 BPD from Mitchell 3 and 4 and then the  ongoing drilling should get the PPS moving north.  Then there is SJ no. 3-8.  IMO the Mitchell  BPD will be much higher than 20 BPD so a guarantee move but that's just my gut.  No crystal ball here.  My money is where my mouth via my earlier posted buy order.
