CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Organic Plant Health, Inc. (OTCQB: OPHI), a manufacturer and distributor of organic-based, hybrid and environmentally responsible fertilizers, soil conditioners and pest controls, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Corpotool LLC.

Based in South Florida, Corpotool is a 3rd generation family business that has been distributing high quality tools and other hardware store supply products for nearly 80 years. Corpotool currently distributes products to over 9,000 retail stores throughout the Southern United States, South America and the Caribbean.

"I cannot overstate how great this opportunity is for our company," said Billy Styles, Organic Plant Health President and CEO. "This exclusive distribution agreement will introduce products to over 9000 new retail outlets in several countries. There is no way to accurately assign a dollar figure to this transaction at this time, other than to say that the potential revenue to our company could be a significant boon for Organic Plant Health.
