Morning Phar, Fitz, and everyone. Hey Phar, u know we are all gonna be in serious $$$$$ when fannie and freddie go back into dollars, right? We have all watched it happen before. Those two stocks are probably the safest place for anyone to keep their money. Once they go to $2, it will be on. They will start moving up and it will be a steady climb over a six month to 1 year period. And before we realize it, they will both be trading at $10! Steeler and I watched happen with the banks after the crash. All we bought in 2009 were bank stocks, pretty much. We made a ton, a truckload of money. I know, right, diversify, lol. But at the time, banks were all down, a lot of them in the low dollars. So, we took advantage. It might take a year, but they will be back. The govt depends too much on the payback. It needs it to keep functioning.
