iHub‘s PUSHIN PENNIES Own BS Rubbish !!
He simply don‘t know how a SEC Registered Company works !
For example there cannot exist any kind of Stocks without
prior SEC Registration !
Therefore its simply impossible to tell such BS like HE did,
as by the next Filing it would then be so and so much more
Stocks outstanding to expect, just to reconfirm HIS own dilution
theory to push and scare the Stock- Price Down, where there
according of any SEC Filing Is Not Any Dilution !!
Additionally repeating HE is talking about 62% Discount, because
HE cannot differentiate between purchasing at 62% resulting
Discount of 38% and therefore to have one more of his
opportunities to scare reduce the Stock- Price, then
just totally wrong insists on 62% !
