Great post and many thanks! I think many here know I was a shareholder witness in a Kentucky case last summer involving a CEO of a penny stock. The CEO of the failed company Plasticon International (PLNI) was indicted on 8 counts of securities fraud and 4 counts of tax evasion. He is serving 18 years. I lost $35k and I know one shareholder who lost over $250k in PLNI i.e. a penny stock. Not one of the shareholders has yet to see a dime of their money. On the other hand when you live through something like what many of the PLNI shareholders went through; you grow brass balls for handling the ups and downs of penny stock investments. Newbies will allow yesterdays bankruptcy bullchit to cause fear and worry them. FUD could be the overall plan of these claimants but I don't see any run for the exits. Looks to me like most longs think this latest news is part of some Barnum & Bailey circus act. It's just another day in the pennies for many of us who have been investing in pennies for years.. Those claimants were out of their league when investing in a penny stock and they are out of their league trying to file claims against losses and they are hypocrites for blaming others for their losses.
