What one has to remember, when you’re reading this post from the comfort of your office or arm chair in the western world is what we have done in South Africa is nothing short of miraculous. We now have over 300 employees which makes us the largest single employer in the province. These are not jobs that existed beforehand and we simply filled the vacancies with new staff, we have created 300 brand new jobs and in a country where the average wage feed 10 people we are in effect feeding 3000 people. These employees work tirelessly for us and therefore we feel it is necessary to reward not only their tireless work ethic but also their commitment to our cause and throwing a Christmas party with a football tournament was the idea way to reward them.
