SARASOTA, Fla.— Obscene Interactive, the gaming division of OBJ Enterprises (OTCBB: OBJE), announced today that it will move forward with a definitive agreement with Texas-based indie game developer FangTooth Studios. The company expects to sign a deal with FangTooth in the next week to develop and market an Android version of Bluff Wars, a fun and exciting new gaming app for mobile devices.
Similar to the concept behind massively popular games including Words With Friends and Draw Something, Bluff Wars takes the fun of hit party games such as Apples to Apples and Balderdash from the coffee table to your tablet or smartphone. The game is already available for download on the Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) App Store, where the hysterical app has maintained a five-star user rating since its release late last year.
Next, OBJE plans to help adapt the game for the Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) Play app market, which leads the industry in apps downloaded with 51 percent of the market.
“We’re very excited to expand our relationship with FangTooth Studios, a promising, up-and-coming developer in the world of gaming apps,” said OBJE CEO Paul Watson. “Our goal will be making Bluff Wars the number one game in its category on the Google Play platform this year.”
Obscene Interactive is a division of OBJ Enterprises, Inc. that is working to deliver innovative gaming products for the Apple App Store and Google Play platforms alongside companies such as Glu Mobile Inc. (NASDAQ: GLUU) and The9 Limited (NASDAQ: NCTY).
