They have a major problem of the fraud aspect of the petition. There were 3 shareholders down there when Treaty "hit oil"... Me, irishpi, and Richard Moe (deceased). I know there was no fraud involved. I'm sure irishpi does too, but lets have him tell it. He is a fraud specialist anyway.
