$FNMA/$FMCC Hi EQ John, these siblings are joined at the hip. Institutional investors will be here directly. Our new support is around .82+-. The possible news tomorrow will set a higher support closer to 1.08. At a buck and a quarter we are off to the races. Every legitimate National lender sends most of their conforming novations (new mortgages)through an MBS directly to these gse's. Rates are historically low, housing is improving. The grass is getting greener. Buy both & buy several. This is getting fun. TwoBrass
