OTC DILLUTION?...Number one reason for Dillution IMO!

Broker-Dealer Enterprise Licenses

OTC Markets Level 1+ Broker-Dealer Enterprise License: $9,000 per month
OTC Markets Level 1+ Broker-Dealer Enterprise License: $18,000 per month

Non-Display Licenses

OTC Markets Level 1+ Internal Systems/Applications Enterprise License: $700 per month
OTC Markets Level 1+ Internal Systems/Applications Enterprise License: $1500 per month

Derived Data Licenses

OTC Markets Level 2+ Internal Derived Data License: $500 per month
OTC Markets Level 2+ External Derived Data License: $1500 per month

Delayed Data Licenses

Delayed OTC Markets Level 1+ License - 1 Application: $350 per month
Delayed OTC Markets Level 1+ License - Multiple Application: $500 per month

Investor Information Website License

OTC Markets Level 1+ for OTC Issuer Website License: $100 per month per security per Issuer
OTC Markets Level 2+ for OTC Issuer Website License: $200 per month per security per Issuer

Real-Time Reference Prices License

Real-Time Reference Prices License: $250 per month*

**The OTC Markets Real-Time Reference Prices License will be free of charge for Distributors who also distribute a substantial amount (as determined in OTC Markets Group's discretion) of OTC Markets Group's premium Level 1+ or Level 2+ Information

Web Access Licenses

Requires a separate addendum .

Web Access Licenses pricing is uniform across all the following licenses: Web Access License for OTC Markets Group Company Data File, Web Access License for OTC Markets Group Security Data File, Web Access License for OTC Markets Group OTC Quote History Data File, Web Access License for OTC Markets Group Unsolicited Quote Security File.

  1. 1 to 500 Recipients: $500.00 per month;
  2. 501 to 999 Recipients: $600.00 per month;
  3. 1,000 to 4,999 Recipients: $700.00 per month;
  4. 5,000 to 9,999 Recipients: $800.00 per month; or,
  5. 10,000 or more Recipients: $1,000.00 per month

End of Day Pricing Licenses

Requires a separate addendum .

End of Day Pricing Service

With respect to each Subscriber or other Distributor to whom the Distributor distributes Information that is:

  1. Not a Custodian Bank, Clearing Firm, Prime Broker, Service Bureau or Professional Information Service:
    1. Located in the United States or Canada, the lesser of:
      1. $500.00 per month; or,
      2. $10.00 times the number of securities actually accessed or used by each Subscriber, per month.
    2. Located outside of the United States or Canada, the lesser of:
      1. $250.00 per month; or,
      2. $5.00 times the number of securities actually accessed or used by each Subscriber, per month.
  2. A Distributor that is a Custodian Bank, Clearing Firm, Prime Broker or Service Bureau:
    1. Located in the United States or Canada:
      1. Tier 1 (provides Information or services based on the Information to 101+ entities): $3,000.00 per month;
      2. Tier 2 (provides Information or services based on the Information to 11-100 entities): $2,000.00 per month; or,
      3. Tier 3 (provides Information or services based on the Information to 1-10 entities): $1,000.00 per month.
    2. Located outside the United States or Canada:
      1. Tier 1 (provides Information or services based on the Information to 101+ entities): $1,500.00 per month;
      2. Tier 2 (provides Information or services based on the Information to 11-100 entities): $1,000.00 per month; or,
      3. Tier 3 (provides Information or services based on the Information to 1-10 entities): $500.00 per month.

End-of-Day Pricing Service for Professional Information Services

With respect to each other Distributor to whom Distributor distributes Information that is a Professional Information Service that:

  1. Provides research consisting of analyses of markets and securities:
    1. Tier 1 (provides Information or services based on the Information to 10,001+ entities): $1,200.00 per month;
    2. Tier 2 (provides Information or services based on the Information to 1,001-10,000 entities): $800.00 per month; or,
    3. Tier 3 (provides Information or services based on the Information to 1-1,001 entities): $400.00 per month.
  2. Provides display-only, Internet-based web sites:
    1. $400.00 per month, provided, however, that the fees for download-capable websites shall be determined by OTC Markets Group in its sole discretion on a case by case basis.

Connectivity Charges

Applies to any Distributor who receives Information directly from OTC Markets Group. Requires a separate Direct Connectivity Addendum .

Initial Connectivity Fee

$1,500.00 (one time charge)

  • Includes primary and secondary connections only if both circuits/extensions are ordered within 1 month of each other. Includes the issuing of a Letter of Authorization to the service provider to gain access to our datacenter space.
  • Includes the extension of the circuit from the demarcation point to OTC Markets Group equipment.
  • Subject to adjustment depending on other expenses OTC Markets Group may incur from the datacenter provider.

Port Costs

$250.00 per month per connection. Some connections may incur an additional one-time port setup fee, as follows:

  • J45 Handoff connection to OTC Markets Group switch
    • RJ45 must be CAT5e UTP or CAT6 UTP
    • No one-time cost
  • LC Fiber Handoff (Multimode)
    • Additional one-time cost of $500 per connection
  • LC Fiber Handoff (Singlemode)
    • Additional one-time cost of $1,000 per connection

Multi-Cast Access Fee

$700.00 per month per firm.
