Personally, I have been fine with the share structure as long as it was stagnant. Yes, the numbers are high and they will turn away some investor prospects. Although I would like to see the S/P higher, if it was higher I would not have been able to buy 7's and 8's recently. So I am happy about that. I have ready previous PR's about intent to buyback or retirement of shares. Not sure if those hold any water right now. CWRN certainly has other fish to fry as well. First things first and there are quite a few issues on their plate.
I guess my question about a possible R/S could have been posed for any pink sheet company. I was just curious if a company had to have a certain "standing" that would allow then to chose to R/S if they elected to do so. Are there criteria to meet? Are there any requirements whatsoever? My guess is very few criteria, if any, for the simple fact that we have seen the worst of the worst companies R/S over and over again. See Colorado Goldfields.
