SAN DIEGO --(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Wikifamilies, Inc. (OTC Markets: WFAM) announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 60% of RC One, Inc. in a cash transaction. RC One is the owner and operator of the largest independent MMA brand in Southern California , Respect In The Cage, www.respectinthecage.com. The enterprise includes MMA fights, broadcast rights, promotions, merchandising and concessions at all events. The closing of the transaction is anticipated to occur by the end of May.
