I would assume if NorthCal buys HIMR, the buyout would include exclusive rights to the Tigerlynk. What does HIMR have to offer NorthCal but the Tigerlynk. Thats basically all NorthCal is after. Now they could have a non-compete clause whereby HIMR could not partner with another logging firm, say Triton, but would have the use of the Tigerlynk in non-logging businesses, such as dredging ,bridge building, etc. But that raises the guestion of why would NorthCal require HIMR to take steps that would increase their share price if they intended to buyout HIMR, which would mean a higher buyout price. Haven't figured that one out yet.
