Those that know me around here know I'm a pretty positive person and I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise.  And while there's no proof of much of anything, my instinct is telling me that BCAP is a goner.

Too much time has gone by without any updates or progress.  I'm afraid this is just going to wither and die.  I'm not saying Matt scammed us, I just think he failed at getting the business going.
