California is the most insanely litigious state! 

California is the most insanely litigious state!  You wouldn't believe half the laws they have on their books.  And EVERY OTHER PERSON is a lawyer!  A movie actor wannabe and a lawyer.  Californians sue ALL THE TIME.  It's like their culture or something.  They even run legal educational shows -- just to show the public how it's done!  And taxes and politics.  Ugh don't get me started.  Suffice it to say...it's just a

crazy state!

It's between CA and IL for worst state in the nation, running neck-n-neck.  IMO  No offense to people who live in either, but you do have my sympathies.
