I was thinking it would be nice to be in the 3s or 4s when more news comes out, but when HIMR announces secured concessions, value of these concessions, permanent financing setup, formal partnership with NorthCal, it will probably take about 2 seconds to blow past those numbers and who knows where it will stop!
