Exactly! It's just taking time for the management changes including Bull's efforts to be seen and felt which was expected. The wheels of progress churn slowly. Where will TECO be a short year or two from now? I foresee a few good wells really accellerating their plans at $100/barrell. We just need to kickstart the Frankenstein monster like in the video. Can TECO become a 1/2 billion dollar oil business in the coming years?
