with all the warrants and debit that has been canceled we should be able to move for ward here. the share increase was not to put them out in retail they had to cover the share agreement with jtt-ems for the 330,000 investment witch works out to about 600mil shares .they where given the shares at a discounted price. that will give us around 900mil outstanding .this should not hurt us since jtt-ems is holding the shares long term according to the agreement.
