Congrats on working this thing out. JC must have gone numb and just signed without looking at anything. I know that I would be furious if I was in your position,but if you can, try to go easy on the guy. It appears that he doesn't have such a great business mind. Or he is just a plain dumbass. Either way you should do well once this thing is overwith.Good luck on getting through this and back to work.
