What puzzles me is, if Chilean laws have not changed and foreign mining is still restricted, how is merging with another American based company help with eventual mining? CLIL was, to the best of my knowledge, help circumvent these restrictive laws and facilitate actual mining. If the eventual goal was to flip these concessions for a tidy profit and move on, CLIL was unneccessary. Or am I wrong here? I believe this would be no different that the TTX$ merge rumors. It does no good for the interests in Chile with lithium mining. Which i assume is the eventual goal for most. The concessions do absolutely nothing just sitting there.
Kgem, I do hope this post finds you in better health and spirits.
