Stepping stones...from what I have found the ventures David Koos was involved in that ultimately resulted in Bio Matrix Scientific Group were medical/medical device related. Tasco, which was already involved in the manufacturing of medical lenses I believe, acquired BMSN and ultimately the name was changed entirely to that. From the onset the mission has been stem cell research and the manufacture of devices that can be used for tissue management.
