First off...The reason US Fuels has given for them not showing up is not true. Second they have not made any good faith effort with dealing with any of the issues and there are many. The first thing they needed to do was deal with the Barnes lease's issues. Treaty has had since like October to make a good faith effort. They instead came up with excuses as to why they were not responsible and blamed others when in fact Treaty is clearly responsible...
IMO it's is now likely to late for Treaty to get the P-5 back.
TD ( john123 ) * wink wink * has all the answers, but her's the kicker. About the P5, it's now his OPINION. Hmmmmmmmmmm. More than likely he's been wrong about everything else also.
I think he'll be the one buying the drinks at our party. 2 -3 barrels a day lol
I can't even make this stuff up !
