- CEO's get thier numbers from trusted internal sources, its not a one man show  he cannot have a handle on everyones responsibilities, thats rediculous, no company runs like that.

- For example: Have you every hearrd of extortion, its not uncommon but very hard to detect immediately. When people lie it eventually comes out as it did when reviewing bonus objective.

- If fraudulent numbers were put out, it was not uncovered after the release of the K & where did they come from? I diagree that the CEO is immediately responsible for those. The CEO is ultimately responsible not immediately. What your suggesting is micro management and placing no trust in the people around you.
