Thats what I was thinking- SOP to buyback when pps

Thats what I was thinking- SOP to buyback when pps lags operations-logically, with shipments resuming and legal issues being resolved this should be the low point of pps. Panamax ships have much lower shipping costs also-maybe 13-20/ton-see my extensive calculations Oct 2011.
if cost of production 10/ton (before fertilizer makes that a negative cost-see also the chart of juniors costs I've posted many times) plus 9.24/ton trucking (May 26 2011 PR) plus 17/ton shipping plus port fees plus incidentals is ca 45/ton total costs (new trucking over original 45000 tons wouldnt have port fees) w spot at 138 minus any discount is possible 80/ton profit times 70000 tons would be $5,600,000 profit. They know they need to reduce shares eventually for uplisting to a big board-see a Nov 2010 PR- plus they did promise buyback on a ship by ship basis without prior notice of such (2-28-11 PR etc)
Plus they should NET something from the court cases June-August-as much as many millions -whether they can collect or not
