(OTCQB: OPHI), a manufacturer and distributor of organic-based, hybrid and environmentally responsible fertilizers, soil conditioners and pest controls, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Corpotool LLC.
Based in South Florida, Corpotool is a 3rd generation family business that has been distributing high quality tools and other hardware store supply products for nearly 80 years. Corpotool currently distributes products to over 9,000 retail stores throughout the Southern United States, South America and the Caribbean.
