AM I READING YOUR COMMENT CORRECTLY and INFERRING the meaning you intended????
FROM WHAT YOU SAY, it seems you are implying that a Canadian judge conducted a trial and allowed some unspoken/unknown favoritism for JBI to influence a ruling that favored JBI... THAT LOOKS LIKE a legal problem for you has just occurred.
