Michael Siegel
President, CEO EcoloCap Solutions Inc.
President, Micro Bubble Technologies Inc.
Mr. Siegel is the CEO of EcoloCap Solutions Inc. and the President of Micro Bubble Technologies Inc., and is responsible for the overall development of both companies. He brings to the business more than thirty years of experience and leadership from his tenure in the technology industry.
After studying for a B.A. in Electrical Engineering, he joined the Marine Corps where he earned a number of engineering certifications. Since his discharge, he has been involved with, developed, and sold numerous technology related enterprises worldwide.
Robert M. Egger Jr.
Chief Operating Officer, EcoloCap Solutions Inc.
Chief Executive Officer, Micro Bubble Technologies Inc.
Mr. Egger is the COO of EcoloCap Solutions Inc and the CEO of Micro Bubble Technologies Inc., and is responsible for the overall management of both companies. He brings more than thirty years of experience from his career in the engineering and technology industries.
Upon completion of his B.A. in Network Engineering, he joined the Army where he achieved numerous certifications in computer related fields. After several years of service he joined the Network Operations Team at Qwest Communications where he served as the Mid-West’s Regional Manager of Network Operations.
Tri-Vu Truong Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer, EcoloCap Solutions Inc. Canada Dr. Truong is the CEO of EcoloCap Solutions Inc. Canada and is responsible for the operations of the business. He brings more than thirty years of experience from his tenure in the environmental sector.
Upon completion of his B.S. in Engineering, he then earned an M.S. in Chemical Engineering, and later a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering. He has since joined Sodexen Environmental Engineering Group, where he managed numerous major environmental impact projects.

Chief Financial Officer, EcoloCap Solutions Inc.
Mr. St-Pierre is the CFO of EcoloCap Solutions Inc. and is responsible for strategy and business development of the company. With more than twenty years experience in the accounting industry, he brings a wealth of financial leadership.
His career began at Cossette Communication Group where he served as the Director of Administrative Services. He later joined Boulangeries Comas Inc. as Finance Director, before taking on the role of Corporate Treasurer at SPB Canada Inc. Mr. St-Pierre holds the Chartered Accountant designation in Canada.
Claude Pellerin
Secretary, EcoloCap Solutions Inc.
Mr. Pellerin is the Secretary of EcoloCap Solutions Inc. and oversees the legal department and risk management of the business. He brings to the company over 15 years of legal and business development experience.
His career began at Equilar Capital Corporation, an Ontario Corporation listed on the TSX, where he served as Secretary. He later joined Manaris Corporation where he held the title of Vice President of Legal Affairs. He has since served as Director and President at Capex Investments in addition to being a corporate attorney and partner at the law firm Pellerin Attorneys. Mr. Pellerin is a registered Attorney in Canada.
Jeung Yeal Kwak

Mr. Kwak is Chairman of the Board of Directors of EcoloCap Solutions Inc and Micro Bubble Technologies Inc. He has more than thirty years of experience in the engineering and technology development industries.
After earning a B.S. in Biology in Korea, he then immigrated to the U.S. Since then, he has been involved with, developed, and sold numerous energy and technology related enterprises worldwide.
Young Yeal Kwak
Chief Executive Officer, K-MBT Inc.
Mr. Kwak is the CEO of K-MBT Inc. and has more than thirty years of experience in the industrial manufacturing industry.
After earning a B.A. in Political Science in Korea, he established Jengwoo Industrial Company in Korea. He has since been managing the company for over 25 years.
Chi Woo Nam
Director, K-MBT Inc.
Mr. Nam is the Director of K-MBT Inc and brings to the company more than thirty years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering industries.
After earning a B.A. in Engineering, he accepted a position at Ankook Petro Chemical Co. in Korea. After several years, he left to found Shinjin Plastic Co. Ltd, a plastic plant, and later also formed Wonwoo Metal Co. Ltd in Korea.
Han Joong Kim
Director, K-MBT Inc.
Mr. Kim is the Director of K-MBT Inc. and has over thirty years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
After earning a B.A. in Engineering in Korea, he established a company that manufactured and distributed sporting goods worldwide, as well as serving as Vice President of the Anyang Tennis Association. He later went on to form a boiler manufacturing factory, supplying boilers for residential and industrial use.
