Company everybody need to keep in mind, that TRTC can
only Deal or Act with Shares that before as SEC Registered

Issued and resulting are as Outstanding !!

Related to the NJ Companies Merger, TRTC announced for
this to increase the Outstanding Shares by only about 3 Mn
for the Investors not to be worry about dilutions and for
the larger rest of about 4 Mn they would use its before SEC
Issued privately owned Company’s Executives Shares to be
kind to the Investors which also helped the company’s
creation and continuous expansions !

by which at present the Public Offering for the Cash- Amount
