Steve-All of that sounded good at 1:00am,but what did it mean? The only person accused of anything illegal is you and that won't be handled in a week. If you plan on kicking Collins out of his office how do you plan on doing that? That would be civil,and that won't be handled next week. Saying that public companies have different forms to file makes no sense. Why are you preoccupied with the assets? Most are intangible or declared by you and wouldn;t be worth anything except to you and Collins. Collins is being directed by a law firm so you can bet there isn't so much as a pencil missing. I think you didn't have any answers for the shareholders and you are projecting what you want to happen next week. Sounds to me like a few liquid courages and a quick plan. If you in fact have 2 law firms all you needed to do was contact them and you wouldn't have to do a thing. They would do the paper filing ,answer any requests by Collins atty. and go from there. Nothing happened at 1:00 am and you know it. You enjoy being the white night in shining armour,but in reality you haven't done a thing. Next weeks story should be great. If this board really wants discussion and both sides of a situation,let this stay on the board.
