JC is solely the one responsible for what has happ

JC is solely the one responsible for what has happened.  I and my team have spent every day since he started this,  putting together the paperwork to secure our assets, remove the people from our company that participated in this and continue to move the company forward.  Because we are public there are filings that are required when actions like this are taken. We are now ready to file and proceed next week.  Once the assets are secured, we will proceed with civil actions against the parties as well as assist authorities with anything they need for criminal actions against these people.  When this is over the only thing we will have lost are a few dishonest selfish employes that would be willing to hurt our company in order to get what they want.  I am more disgusted and perplexed then anyone to see what this guy is doing.  We don't want to be here, but we are and have to follow the legal avenues to put a stop to it and protect the company and its assets. This will not be a long process.  The required actions for remedies are very clear and swift.  We will be back to normal business shortly when it comes to our TV side of the business. Nothing on the other side of our business has been effected by these actions.
