After reading Rauber's "resignation" agreement its clear to me that his departure has been in the works for some time. You don't agree to the terms in that agreement and prepare it overnight. I have no idea whether he was forced out but signs point to that. I will say that his idea of "transparency" was a whole lot different than how most people would view it. He had clearly lost all credibility in the past few months.
John Wesson's recent message would certainly imply that a new board of qualified people will be in place soon. I sure hope so, along with a good management team to run the company. I think we find out quickly whether that is indeed the case since there is a SEC filing due soon, as I recall. The longer the company drifts without leadership, the worse things will be. I hope the whale investors are in control.
A lot is riding on getting unit 3 up and running successfully soon. It has to run and produce fuel consistently, unlike its predecessors. If the "proof of concept" occurs in the next few months, the company has a future. If that doesn't happen, then not so much.
