Good point.  I think it's becoming clear that Steve still owns and always has owned IC Punch Media, including TravelTech, Hollywood Punch Report, and the Clear Channel/Clear Vision deals which all still safely reside along with their revs, under our ticker: PNCH.

The only thing that's up in the air is that Collins is attempting to reclaim the assets (Punch TV network) that he sold to Steve last year and run it as a privately held company as it was before.

Even if Joseph were to win his case, which I don't see happening, it would simply be an asset loss for us and Steve would find other networks to air his content and generate more reves.  I'm not concerned here.  Even if we lose the network, we still have everything we had a year ago when I made my original investment.
