Mr. Collins... Mr. Samblis... this will likely end up in a court of law, where someone will decide the case... i.e. your fate.  Save US all some money (shareholders will pay twice, the Collins legal fees and again the Samblis legal fees will likely be paid by shareholder equity) and present your case here... The Shareholders Court.  You will then get a preview of how your case will hold up in court.  There are folks here that will likely review your evidence and make a decision as to which evidence is more believable... just like a judge or jury would do.  If your evidence can not stand scrutiny here, it will likely not stand scrutiny with disinterested parties who couldn't get themselves out of jury duty.  Sounds crazy at first I understand, but doing so will certainly give you a flavor of what's in store if this goes to court.
