So Steve you said Rachel was fired? But she still an employee with PNCH! Looks like JC has his lawyers. Who are yours? What was done so wrong in the filing that an SEC lawyer needed by JC? Looking at the trading today alot more disturbing sells from VERT makes me think JC might have something here! You guys know this will destroy shareholders value here!
