Dear Platon,

Alot of people are not understanding the "Final Agreed Order" for C & C Petroleum Management LLC. so I will explain it to you. Treaty had hired a consultant in Austin that had worked for the Railroad Commission ( I will not mention any names)  C & C had a problem with the P.H. Barnes Lease and was advised to attend a hearing with the Railroad Commission in Austin. They hired this person to attend the hearing. He had told Bruce and Lee not to worry about a thing he would be there for them. He was no- show at the hearing and the Railroad Commission fined C & C 16,000 and 4,000 both leases because they did not show up. So the Railroad Commission had sent a final agreed order that before they re-new their P-5 they have to pay the fine. They will never loose any lease's or have any taken away, these stories are false. They will pay the fines next week and will be ok.
