Correct, good job....
If I made a prediction, whatever #, I would get so many calls by everyone saying, you low balled it, or you didn't know what the hell you were talking about. Relentless calling starting 5AM. I'm not the kind of person who can not answer a call. I'll either answer, or get back to you quickly.
